About the Role


WorkPac Professional are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for it's client's Bowen Basin located mine site, near Nebo.
Supporting the Mining Manager and 3 Senior Leaders, this role will be working a 9 day fortnight.
Key Accountabilities include, but not limited to:
Providing a high level of confidential executive, administrative, secretarial and support to the Management Team by:
Managing the administrative functions including managing the corporate card, email, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, briefs and other documents through the provision of high quality confidential secretarial support.
Proactively managing and coordinating Management's electronic diary, including the pre-preparation and organisation of meetings, conference, seminars, accommodation and travel arrangements
Assisting with project work as required and providing high quality advice to staff at all levels on procedures and administrative standards.

Liaising and building strong relationships with management and with officers at all levels
About You:

Previous proven experience in a PA/EA role essential
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook calendar management
Ability to maintain confidentiality, proactively analysing administrative service and system issues, identifying practical and creative solutions and have successfully implemented them
Have a demonstrated ability to provide high level administrative support and services to a senior executive to support achieving the organisation?s goals
Proven ability to successfully coordinate multiple activities within tight timeframes, under pressure and with competing priorities.
You have proven ability to successfully build and sustain positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, senior management and clients
You have demonstrated ability in using high level communication and interpersonal skills to achieve outcomes and influence stakeholders
