We are looking for a dynamic and customer-orientated Finance Officer capable of dealing with high volume finance-related enquiries from students, staff and visitors of the University.
Your day to day responsibilities will include the timely and accurate provision of a range of processing and enquiry response services as it relates to Finance Operations and Student Fees.
Reporting into the Finance Operations Manager, you will provide a high level of customer service to Staff, Students and Visitors of the University as you will be the initial contact point for a variety of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Student Fee related enquiries. To succeed in this role, you will become the subject matter expert in the management of university finance and student financial policies, standards and procedures.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- A strong commitment to quality customer service with strong communication skills and the ability to be flexible and responsive to client and business needs and priorities
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional financial team
- Previous Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience is desirable but is NOT essential
